Pioneer a Cleaner Energy Future

It is an exciting time at Heila! With the rapid increase in customer interest, this leadership position is responsible for scaling supply chain and manufacturing operations to match demand. The Supply Chain Manager role ensures tactical execution by tracking and driving achievement of customer service, open orders, lead times, supply plan attainment, inventory health and revenue targets. This role is also responsible for developing and delivering strategic initiatives to drive supply chain efficiencies at scale.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Management: Develop and maintain the supply chain to meet demand, achieving service, cost, inventory, and delivery targets. This role is responsible for demand planning, inventory management, sourcing, procurement, logistics, import/export compliance, and warranty management for all company product offerings.
  • Manufacturing and Quality Management: Partner with contract manufacturers to resolve and improve both supply and quality issues in the manufacturing process.
  • Improved Supply Chain Strategy: Drive systematic improvement in the supply chain through application of company standards, best practices, data-driven decisions, and technology.
  • Collaborate: Foster a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with internal stakeholders, external vendors and partners to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Skills/Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree in supply chain/procurement management, business management or equivalent field, and at least five years’ professional experience is required.
  • Experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems is required. SAP experience preferred.
  • Candidates must possess the aptitude to manage and lead multi-location projects under minimal supervision.
  • Certification from leading Supply Chain Professional Organization (CSCMP, APICS, ISM) are preferred.

The salary range for this position is $107,000 – $156,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.  Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
