Specific Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with our company’s vision, mission, and market opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Be the expert on our buyers, understanding their needs, and translating that into actionable insights to guide our product and marketing strategy.
  • Product Positioning: Develop messaging and positioning that resonates with our target market, differentiating our products in a compelling and clear manner.
  • Content Creation: Spearhead the creation of engaging, informative content in collaboration with our marketing team that articulates the benefits of our products and drives lead generation in collaboration.
  • Sales Enablement: Empower and equip the sales team with tools, resources, and training to improve sales effectiveness and product knowledge.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with product, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to drive a cohesive product marketing strategy and launch plan.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field required
  • Masters degree in business administration, engineering, or related field preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the energy, technology, or management consulting sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight techniques.

The salary range for this position is $104,850 – $133,550. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
