  • Position Overview: We’re on the hunt for an Associate Product Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about making a real impact in the world of energy technology. This pivotal role involves managing talented external consultants and providing robust support to our team of seasoned Senior Product Managers. Specific Responsibilities

  • Act as a focal point between internal senior product managers, designers, engineering teams and external consultants to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
  • Manage and oversee the contributions of external engineering consultants, guaranteeing that their input meets our high standards and aligns with project timelines.
  • Provide project management prowess, handling scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Dive into market research, perform competitive analysis, and synthesize insights to empower data-driven decision-making.
  • Embrace and champion our startup culture by adapting swiftly to evolving priorities, showcasing problem-solving skills, and maintaining a positive, can-do attitude under pressure.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field required
  • Masters degree in business administration, engineering, or related field preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, product development, or similar role within consulting or energy-focused firms.
  • Familiarity with industrial internet of things (IIoT) edge-cloud architecture and technology.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight techniques.

The salary range for this position is $113,900 – $145,550. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
